Ruvimbo brings extensive research, policy, consultation, and evaluation experience on a variety of social issues. She has a well-rounded background in public policy analysis and research with specializations in monitoring issues and the development of policy/program recommendations. Over the years she has gained skills in planning, undertaking and coordinating quantitative and qualitative research and analysis and formulating policy briefs for a range of audiences in varying degrees of detail.
As an adept and hardworking human rights advocate and legal professional,
she has extensive expertise in monitoring, investigating and reporting on human rights abuses. She has worked with many, grassroots organizations and national human rights institutions, where she has had the opportunity to champion equity, meet urgent human needs, improve social conditions and uproot systemic human rights abuse and discrimination.
Ruvimbo is passionate about empowering young minds through guided discussions that foster student reflection about individual educational and career path issues.
